Ropes Crossing
York Developments acquired two sites from LendLease and Thales for a combined site area of 4.2 ha of employment zoned land. Significant planning hurdles were required to develop and subdivide the property which included working with National Parks and heritage architects to repurpose the historic Australian Defence Force fire station into a 1,000 + sqm commercial building. The development also included an additional subdivision of 10 lots and the construction of a 2,200 sqm building with pre-lease commitments prior to completion

Southridge Plaza - 2a Southridge Street
York Developments purchased the 11,000 sqm site from Goodman with the vision to create a services destination for Sydney's premier logistics precinct. Located just off the M2 and M4 interchange it is the destination for the first 24-hour childcare center, 24-hour Plus Fitness Gym, Subway, Licensed restaurant, medical center and offices. This development was a significance heritage site with an original Penfolds Wine worker's cottage. After consultation with council and Sydney's leading heritage architects, the house & windmill were restored to its former glory and transformed to a licenced restaurant with a wood fired pizza oven ensuring it will be enjoyed by the public for centuries to come.

10 Peter Brock Drive (PPG)
From concept to completion, York Developments successfully completed a design and construct for PPG Industries in a challenging market. From securing the 3,200 sqm site through to construction of the client's Australian head office and technical training facilities the design, budget and time frame were all delivered on time.

Stirling Park (42 Peter Brock Drive)
Stirling Park is a ultra modern industrial strata complex of 8 units constructed on a site area of 5,300 sqm. York Developments purchased the land from Investa as part of the Turn 4 Industrial land release and was the first developer to complete strata units in this area. Adjacent to Sydney Motorsport Park and with quick access to the M4 / M7 Interchange these units have been in constant demand and shown high returns for investors and owner occupiers who have purchased these units.

18 Waler Street (Smeaton Grange)
After securing a vacant site in the ideal location, York Developments designed and constructed the purpose built building for Douglas Partners a National company with fully equipped warehouse, office space and laboratories. The project was managed within budget and on time.

115-117 Mamre Road, St Mary's
This 24,000 sqm vacant site on the junction of the M4 Motorway exit and Mamre Road was transformed into a landmark site. York Developments resolved many planning issues with council and received development approval for a Hungry Jacks, BP Service Station, self serve car wash and industrial land subdivision

Manns Road, West Gosford
York Developments secured a 50,000 sqm vacant site for pre-sale requirements. After completing the extensive planning works with council and receiving the development subdivision approval, the subdivided lots were sold to multi-national companies to then construct their manufacturing and distribution facilities.

Parramatta Road, Five Dock
York Developments resolved significant access and planning issues to receive development approval for McDonald's and a BP Service Station. This extensive knowledge of town planning and problem solving added substantial value to the property and created opportunities for fast food and service station tenants
